The aim of this campaign is to inform the public and stop men dying young from these conditions.
Early detection is often key in the successful treatment of cancer. This movement aims to inform men about which symptoms to look for and lifestyle choices they can make to prevent the onset of this devastating disease.
Self-care practices like stress management, socializing and communication play a big part in keeping men healthy.
For men who are diagnosed with these cancers, this movement supports ongoing research and healthcare so that they can survive and thrive.
Another important aspect of this campaign is to address mental health issues among men. Male suicide has become a silent epidemic.
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. In the United States, the suicide rate among middle aged men rose by a staggering 24% over the last 15 years. In Sweden, 70% of the people who commit suicide are men.
Clearly, something needs to be done. So let’s do it.

Voila – it’s that easy!
